Once a person has applied for a loan with Cash Today Pty Ltd, all information received will be kept indefinitely. Denied, pending approved and hold status applications are kept archived until purged at our discretion. Additionally, if a person has received a loan with Cash Today Pty Ltd, his/her information cannot be deleted due to state and Federal regulations and company policies. All customer information will be kept for a minimum of 2 (two) years.

Specific requests for deletion from individuals who have not applied for a loan are given priority in deletion. Email notice of deletion is considered sufficient notice to customer. No further notice will be given. Records of a deletion request are kept, including any correspondence written or electronic, indefinitely. Included in such records are the person’s name, address and contact information for recording and filing purposes.
